Great Day!!

Wow! Today was an all around amazing day! It all started at about 7:55 am. I went online to check my ACT scores, and to see if they were posted. Oh boy, were they posted! I GOT A 29!!!! ON THE FIRST TRY!!! HOW AMAZING IS THAT?!?!?!?!?!? I AM SO HAPPY YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW!!!! I JUST GOT MYSELF INTO COLLEGE!!!

And my day just got better from there! I got to third hour and gave my persuasive speech on traditional books vs. e-books. It went well! I'm glad I got it over with! I think persuaded some people to read books in print format!

IT GETS BETTER!!! We performed our play today for grades 3-12. I thought I did AMAZE-BALLS!! I was so proud! We did have some cue trouble, ok a lot of cue trouble, and we skipped one part, but overall, it went well! I hope we do really well tomorrow at regionals! I hope I get a superior acting award, or at least an honorable mention.

Between, ACTs, speech, and the play, IT WAS AN AWESOME DAY!!

To all the theater people, including to myself,
break a leg!

Homecoming

Well, homecoming was last night for my school. Yeah, it wasn't the most spirited week. Barely anyone was at the game. I blame the cold. It was fun though, and I got to say I went to one game.

The most surprising part? WE WON. We haven't won our homecoming game for a couple of years. I don't think the other school was trying though, and most of their team was made up of middle schoolers. We only had 2 seniors this year, and one of them didn't even play. This marks 2 games our football team has won this year. That's way better than last year I think. We aren't the best team, and that's putting it lightly.

Then we had the dance. My favorite part? I TAUGHT EVERYONE HOW TO WOBBLE. I WAS SO HAPPY BECAUSE I HAD BEEN WAITING FOREVER TO TEACH PEOPLE THAT DANCE AND WE STARTED AND LIKE NO ONE KNEW WHAT TO DO AND SOMEONE WAS LIKE, "(MY NAME) KNOWS HOW TO DO THIS!" AND THEY ALL FOLLOWED MY LEAD I ONLY HAD A LITTLE TROUBLE WITH THE LAST STEP BUT WE ALL GOT IT RIGHT LATER AND IT WAS AMAZING.

It was also my sister's first dance, and that was fun for her. It was one of the better homecoming dances we had, so I'm glad she got to go to a good one.

When is your homecoming?

Catch-Up Day

Do any of you ever feel overwhelmed with homework? I'm feeling that this year. I have so much homework, it's a wonder I'm keeping up. Barely, though. I have 3 books to read for English. I have 2 math assignments. I also just did my Spanish homework. I'm writing an outline for my informative speech. I have U.S. History. AND I have to outline a chapter for advanced biology and finish a worksheet. You could say I'm a little busy.

All this couldn't have come at a better week *sarcastic.* This week is homecoming week, it's stupid though, because we have Monday off, and our parade is a couple days before the actual game. It's really messed up. I blame it on our principal. He sucks at his job. Honestly though, I don't think anyone is in the homecoming spirit this week. I think everyone just wants it to be done. It's sad.

I'm staying positive. I'm glad I have an extra day to get my homework done. I'm calling it, "Catch-Up Day." It's the day I created for homecoming week because we don't have school tomorrow. I stay home and get caught up on homework. It really puts you in the spirit of homecoming week, doesn't it? I'm also writing a play during this time, watching some Netflix to get caught up on shows for the news seasons starting soon, and selling stuff for my class and a bunch of other organizations. (If anyone wants anything, I'm going to be selling something this whole year. That's how busy I am.)

At least the first 9 weeks are almost up. 27 more weeks to go until summer.

Movies I Saw This Weekend Part 4

Well, actually it was over the past three weekends. I didn't watch any new movies this weekend though, just Epic.

*SPOILERS*

First on August 25th, (that week was my birthday week! I turned 16! Woop! Sweet 16! :D) I went and saw We're the Millers with my family! It was one of the funniest movies I have ever seen. I know I say that about most movies, but it's always true.

I really loved when they were arguing on the plane, and then the flight attendant came to the back and they started a prayer circle. I've never laughed harder! It was soooo funny! I also liked the weed baby, Lebron. Especially when the car runs it over and the one mom yells, "WHERE'S THE BLOOD??" LOL.

Gosh, you gotta love Kenny. He's so adorkable!

The next movie I saw the next weekend, since it's wasn't out on my birthday weekend, was 1D: This Is Us! I love One Direction with a passion, so of course I thought it was amazing! They are so cute and funny! I never knew how funny until the movie! I think my favorite line was when Harry was caught on a fishing line and said, "My a** is on the line!"

I also really loved when security had to corner the boys or catch them because they would run off! Or when Harry found his Belgian self! Or when Niall proved we are the best fans! OR when Harry was in the trash can! OR OR when Niall dressed up as one of security guys at the concert and told people the band sucked! LOL. It is just amazing how down to Earth they are after all their fame.

One Direction could save me any day :)

Finally, last but not least, I saw Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters. Which went along way more with the book than the first one. It was awesome. I loved it. It really did the book justice. And it helps when a cutie such as Logan Lerman is playing Percy :)

My favorite part I think was when they were fighting that bull, and Percy totally took it out all by himself. Pretty dang cool.

Look at how adorable he is! :)

Hope you all have seen some good movies lately!

Early Start

Why does school have to start so EARLY??? We started on AUGUST 19TH. THIS SHOULD BE OUTLAWED. WE SHOULDN'T START UNTIL SEPTEMBER OR SOMETHING. IT IS 75 DEGREES OUTSIDE I SHOULD BE AT THE POOL NOT DOING HOMEWORK. THIS WEEK IT WAS 90 DEGREES AND I WAS LEARNING HISTORY.

I DON'T EVEN LIKE HISTORY. WHY DO I HAVE TO BE IN MY SCHOOL WHICH DOESN'T HAVE AIR CONDITIONING???? PRETTY SURE IT'S CHILD ABUSE. OUR SCHOOL BELIEVES THAT SCHOOL THIS EARLY HELPS OUR STUDENTS.

NO, IT MAKES US WANT TO KILL ANYONE WHO SAYS THAT.

Honestly, a lot of the stuff I learn at school I will never again use in my life. When am I going to need to know the ideals of the United States? I would rather live in Britain because of all the hot guys. Who cares how many pushups I can do in 30 seconds? If people are worried about that, why don't you make adults attend phy. ed.

On another note:
THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE ALWAYS LIVED IN MY TOWN ARE IDIOTS!!!!!!! And they are really really rude to each other. One of my teachers said to us, "Even if I don't like someone I work with, I don't get to decide.  I just have to deal with it." Well, way to just imply you hate the staff. One of the other people in my advanced biology said our school secretary was bashing the librarian. The librarian is pretty rude sometimes. She likes to yell at little kids when they sit down at lunch next to their siblings. How are we supposed to learning about not bullying when everyone in the school hates each other?

I hate my town. Anyone else feel this way?

Starting School . . .

I started school on Monday :( But I'm a junior now so only 2 years left if you count this year! Yeah I have a LOT of hard classes, like advanced algebra, advanced biology, Spanish II, English 11, US History, and some others. Ugh, it was only the second day and I already want summer. Anyone else feeling like that?

Yeah, Junior year is like the hardest and busiest year I think. I mean, advanced classes, ACTs, getting ready for college applications, extracurriculars, Junior prom, fundraising for your class. SO MUCH STUFF. IT'S OVERWHELMING WE ARE ALL GOING TO BE TIRED BY THE END OF THE YEAR!!!!

I already have what I want to do planned. Go out of state to college for drama and writing. Yep, I can't stand my small town. I really wanna live in a big city.

It's been easy these past 2 days, but I know that this year will be hard.

When do you all start school?

Celebrities & Their Fans & Bullying

This is a rant post. This world lately is sooo full of hate. But something is just really really REALLY ticking me off.

You know when a celebrity goes on a campaign to go against bullying? And there are commercials and merchandise that show that celebrity and the slogan, like "Bullying is Bad." (Sort of a dumb slogan, but it's the only one I can think off randomly.) Then you buy all the stuff and watch the TV? Well it's the fans that annoy me afterwards. They buy all the stuff, then go around and make fun of another fandom. IT ANNOYS ME TO NO END. YOU HYPOCRITE FANS! Your idol is telling you to stop bullying, and you just go around and bully someone else. Really? Really fans? I can't imagine how disappointed your idol would feel if they saw that. The worst part is when they complain that they get bullied. MAYBE SOME OF IT WOULD STOP IF YOU STOPPED BULLYING OTHER PEOPLE. GET OVER YOURSELVES AND FOR ONCE NOT JUST SCREAM AND CRY AT YOUR IDOL, LISTEN TO THE MESSAGE!!!!!!

For example, I was looking at a One Direction fan page. It had posted some anti-bullying pics of One Direction's campaign with Office Depot. I already have the merch from Office Depot, and a pic with the cutouts of them, don't judge! Then I see they posted a photo of Justin Bieber supposedly spitting on his fans and then a tweet from Niall about girls getting out of the rain, because they will get soaked. The caption was "two kinds of people." Someone commented Bieber is a dweeb, where Niall is so caring! (I corrected the spelling, it was pretty bad.) And to clarify, Justin did NOT spit on his fans, it was on a bush. TMZ just made it up. Who trusts TMZ anyways, the same people who post a fake story every other week about some star or something that's dead or in rehab but is really not. COME ON PEOPLE, LEARN THE FACTS. I unfollowed the page, of course.

I also always see Lana Del Ray fans on twitter whose bios say "Stop Bullying!" Then they tweet Demi Lovato telling her she's worthless or Justin Bieber is gay. (She is not worthless and he is not gay) How do you live with yourselves? Making fun of people who have never done anything to you. That is so sad and pathetic. What would your idol think? Celebrities are friends with each other, like Justin Bieber and Niall Horan, they're friends, yet you fans STILL make fun of one another's idol.

Another BIG bullying one that gets on my nerves SOOOO much and makes me want to rip my hair out is when people make fun of the Twilight Saga. I love the Twilight Saga with every ounce of my being, and it is the BEST movie in my opinion. Yet people still make fun of it. And it hurts so much to see people hate on what I love to fangirl over most. Don't you people love something? Don't you hate when you or that thing is made fun of? Like, you say your fandom is about friendship, and being nice to everyone. Or you are just a person that complains there needs to be more kindness. THEN SHOW SOME OF THAT KINDNESS TO TWILIGHT FANS AND THE TWILIGHT SAGA CAST AND MOVIES AND BOOKS. WE ARE PEOPLE TOO. YOU MAY THINK WE HAVE NO BRAIN, AND DON'T KNOW LITERATURE. I'LL HAVE YOU KNOW I HAVE A 4.0 GPA AND LOVE TO READ ALL KINDS OF BOOKS AND I STILL LOVE TWILIGHT. I WILL ADMIT NEW MOON WAS NOT THE BEST MOVIE BUT DON'T JUDGE THE SERIES BY ONE MOVIE.

I love the Twilight Saga, Justin Bieber, and One Direction with so much passion. And I won't stop and you can't make me stop. But it kills me when people make fun of each other. We shouldn't be fighting, we should be uniting. We all are obsessed with something. We all get bullied. All the fandoms, Twilight, Bieber, One Direction, Harry Potter, Doctor Who, Glee, Sherlock, Lovatics, Marvel, and all the other fandoms. Let's join together and stop bullying. Let's buy that anti-bullying merchandise and actually do what our idols are asking. Stop bullying. If we can't even stop bullying each other, what does that make us?

WHO WILL JOIN ME IN THIS EPIC QUEST AGAINST BULLYING?????

Update My Closet

I did another thing on my bucket list a while ago, I just haven't posted it. I updated my closet!! :D :D

It was like a couple days after my family and I got back from my grandmas a few weeks ago. I had forgotten my suitcase and needed brand new clothes. So my mom and sister went on a little shopping spree, which ended with me getting some better clothes than I had packed. (not that the stuff in my suitcase wasn't cute, it's just I got some nice new stuff too.) My closet was already full to the brim when I got back, so the new clothes wouldn't fit, I could already tell. So I emptied it all out, got rid of some stuff, and then put all the clothes back in, in an organized system. Sweatshirts--Long-sleeved--half-shirts--shirts--tank tops--dressy clothes. On the bottom rack:  Summer pants(shorts, capris)--dressy pants--jeans--workout/sweats. I got it all in a system now. Sort of a boring story, but it gives people good organization tips :)

I hope to finish more on this bucket list before school starts in a couple of weeks! Registration is already planned! D:

State Fair

Our State Fair came around this week, and my family goes for one day every year. We don't go on rides or anything, because we do that at a different fair, but instead we just eat and look at exhibits and eat. Mostly eat.

I had a media pass to get in free, which is pretty dang awesome. I was all like cool showing my badge, and them like, you can go in for free!

Well, when we got there I ate cheese curds. Those things are DELICIOUS. Especially dipped in ranch. Oh, I love them sooooo much. Then I shared a strawberry-banana smoothie with my dad, since I knew I wouldn't be able to eat one on my own.

Then we went to the exhibit hall where the art and writing we entered was displayed. I got two blue ribbons (1st place) and one red ribbon (2nd place) for my pieces of art! AHHH! That's amazing for me! My art has never gotten anything besides honorable mention in art I think. Then I saw my story, and it got THIRD in like the adult division! (everyone above 14 is in that division.) THAT IS AWESOME! I AM SO GLAD I WORKED SO HARD!!!!! Last year I had an honorable mention, which is still good since not everyone gets a ribbon in writing, unlike art.

Next we went to this like wildlife exhibit, and we shot guns and my sister also fished and shot a bow and arrow. Let me tell, you, I have won bb gun shoots against boys, so I was a pretty good shot. I'm pretty good, not to toot my own horn or anything. (toot toot) Anyways, part I thought was funny was that I was wearing a Bambi shirt while shooting the gun. Well, it's a little awkward I think.

We went around to some exhibit halls that sold stuff. My dad and I bought some sour candy, while my mom and sister bought some nail art stuff.

I tried a flowering onion. It was really good! And I DIPPED IT IN RANCH. RANCH MAKES EVERYTHING 10X BETTER, I'M SURE ITS A SCIENTIFIC FACT. My family decided we would share stuff when we are eating, cause no way can I eat a flowering onion on my own. Have you seen them? They're huge! I also had some chocolate dipped strawberries on a stick. Can't go wrong with those. I had an Indian taco for dinner. It's fried bread dough with taco meat, lettuce, cheese, ya know, regular taco stuff, but no shell. They are extraordinary. Try one. Then you'll believe me. Funnel cake was dessert. Yummy. Pretty sure I tried like everything they had to offer. *sarcasm, but it felt like I ate everything*

We left the fair by walking through the midway, and it smelled like puke. I can't imagine how many kids puke on those rides. Yuck.

Good day overall.
It's always a great day when you eat fried fair food.

R.I.P

OK CAN EVERYONE JUST STOP DYING FOR LIKE ONE DAY? REALLY THOUGH. AND CAN EVERYONE JUST STAY IN ONE PLACE. I MEAN I KNOW WE ALL WANT TO LEAVE OUR HORRIBLE SMALL TOWN BUT CAN WE ALL STAY A DAY SO WE ARE ALL ACCOUNTED FOR?????

Cory Monteith. Talia. One of my teachers. People are dying or dead. It's really sad!

Rest in peace Cory. I loved Glee. It was an amazing show. (I did not like Season Four, that's why I said "was" but let's leave that for a different post.) I'm so glad I got to see you in concert. I wish I would have been able to meet you one day. You were an amazing singer and actor. My favorite songs you did were Thriller/Heads Will Roll and Faithfully and so many others but the list is too long for this post.  I hope you doing great in Heaven, and you are with Grilled Cheesus :') R.I.P.

Rest in peace Talia. I only ever saw you in photos about how you just kept swimming. It's so sad to see someone taken by cancer. At least you aren't in pain anymore. You've inspired a lot of people, and you have a legacy that will live on for a long time. R.I.P.

We lost two people, but Heaven gained two angels.

WHY DOES THIS STUFF HAPPEN??? WHY DO BAD THINGS HAPPEN TO GOOD PEOPLE?? I'M NOT SAYING CORY WAS PERFECT, WITH THE DRUGS AND ALL, BUT HE WANTED TO LEAVE ALL THAT BEHIND. WHY DO BAD PEOPLE GET OFF WITH JUST LIKE A WARNING OR SOMETHING??????? IT MAKES ME SICK.

I mentioned my teacher before. I won't mention names or anything, because I don't want any of you to figure out who I am somehow. She is a great person, but has 3 types of cancer, and maybe won't even make it to the end of summer. She is the best teacher, the most inspiring person I have ever met. I am so honored that she was my teacher. She is still alive, but barely. Our whole community is rooting for her. Her husband is also sick, and he also has a disease that can't be cured. They have two wonderful adopted children. I know she can fight this. But no one knows how long her fight will last, and if she'll win or lose. If she loses, so everyone knows, you could have never met a kinder, more caring person.

Why does stuff like this happen?

We Can't Stop

Hey guys! Remember when I made that Summer Bucket List? Well, I do, and I decided I better get started on it considering half the summer is already over :(

Well, I got the last one on my list done:
I did it! I chose Miley Cyrus' new single, We Can't Stop! Some of you probably are like, why would you pick THAT song? This is why: It's a great party song, which makes it a great summer song! Come on, some of the lyrics are "We can't stop, and we won't stop! Can't you see it's we who own the night?" That pretty much is like summer! We do what we want, when we want, and no one can stop us! And it's catchy, and Miley is a great singer!

What do you think of my song choice?

America, Band, Cousins, Drama, and Everyday Fireworks

Hey! I know, I know, I haven't been posting in a while. But there is a perfectly good reason as to why. Really, there is.

First, I was at camp for the week. I go to this week-long camp every year. It's the best place on Earth. I have so many good friends there. And it has nice showers and toilets and beds and air conditioning. It's a camp for like creative, awesome, nerdy, geeky people. And those are the best kinds of people. Everyone cares about each other, and we are all accepted, no matter the race, sexuality, personality, or fandom. We are all nice to each other because we all know what it is like to be rejected. Except some of the band camp people. Band camp people are a little stuck up and cocky. Yes, it's a band camp. But I don't go for band. I go for drama. And that's the best program. I'm not gonna lie. And I had an awesome roommate, that I had known from past years. It's always the best week of my year.

Then, secondly, it was the Fourth of July. Come on, who doesn't take a holiday to light off a few fireworks. We went down to see some family that I hadn't seen for a few years. We went to a parade. My dad saved an old lady. (he does that a lot, but that's another story for a later blog post) He's like Superman for old ladies. Anyways, had a picnic, played some bingo, and blew up some fireworks. Watched the neighbors light 4,000 rounds of firecrackers. I'm serious. It was crazy loud. We set off our own fireworks at home. We had AWESOME fireworks this year. I'm talking the big ones, that only adults should light, unless you are raised by rednecks, then you can light those fireworks when you are ten. (that's not me, just people in my town) I love fireworks :) I love the ones that are bright and colorful. I hate the flashing ones. Fireworks are like America's pastime in a way.

Thirdly, COUSINS. I saw a few cousins I haven't seen in a couple years. You can't expect me to write a blog post while I'm playing with my cute little cousin. I'm not magic. (I really wish I was cause that would mean I could go to Hogwarts!)  He was so adorable. And he loves superheroes, just like me! He even borrowed my Captain America hat and shield and Thor hammer. Yes, I'm a teenage girl with superhero items. I'm not ashamed.

Fourthly and finally, I'm sick. I have a sore throat and a mucusy cough, yuck! My voice is really, really hoarse. I sound terrible. I also have a runny nose, which doesn't help. I hope I get better soon.

This post has been brought to you by the part of my mind called Excuses.

PS: Did you notice the post's name goes in alphabetical order? I did it on purpose. (just don't count and! :))

Movies I Saw This Weekend Part 3

I saw some pretty awesome movies this weekend :) You all have to go see them!

WARNING: SPOILERS AHEAD

First, yesterday I saw Monsters University. I have to say though, Monsters Inc. is better! I did like it, though! It was really cute to see the back stories of how all the monsters got to where they were in Monsters Inc.!

It was adorable! I mean look at how cute kid Mike is! The story was so cute and inspirational! Randall was probably my favorite back story to see! I also liked seeing George and Roz :)

Mike's story on how he became who he was was really like serious for a Pixar movie! But it was cool to see!

Today I saw World War Z! (We saw all these movies this weekend because it was for my sister's birthday and my parents' anniversary! Happy birthday and anniversary you family! Love you guys! :) We stayed overnight in a hotel and celebrated! Movies were their gifts in a way.)

That movie was wicked awesome! It was intense and I loved every second of it! I've never seen anything like it! And the zombies were like crazy fast! In any zombie movie I've seen, zombies are like really slow and only run semi-fast after people. But even then it's like with a limp. These zombies were sprinting and running over each other and climbing each other. It was amazing!

I mean look at them! They're crazy!

The way they solved the zombie problem in the end was a plot twist! It was a good one, though! I won't reveal everything, but go see it!

I also had a sleepover this week, which was awesome! We watched Warm Bodies, Identity Thief and Avengers!

I love movies, as you can obviously tell!

Question of the Week

So I work at my town's newspaper, and usually I just make ads and do random little jobs and stuff, but I get to do something else now! I'm writing like a sort of column every week, called "Question of the Week."

Here's how it goes:
1) I choose a different question each week.
2) I ask a bunch of different people the same question.
3) I take six of those answers and put them in my template I made.
4) I put their pictures in their too.

Last week it was on the front page in color! That's awesome for my first time doing it! I'm also going to write a few articles once in a while maybe!

Isn't that awesome?

Weirdest Week of My Life!

This has been the weirdest week of my life. And it's not even over yet.

On Monday I got up early for work as usual. I was getting ready to get in the shower when all of a sudden I felt dizzy, and had black spots in my vision. I felt like I was going to puke and that my head was on fire. Then I got really dizzy and fell. I hit my head on something, I'm still not sure what. It really hurt. It still hurts today. My mom came and I told her to turn off the water because I had just turned it on before this. Then I grabbed my towels and went to lay down. I tried to take a shower again, and the same thing happened! But I caught it before I fell. Then the third time I tried I was fine! It's like people always say, the third time's the charm. The rest of the day I was fine so it was really, really weird.

Tuesday was normal. But Wednesday was weird.

Yesterday I had to get shots. And I HATE shots. With a passion. So I had a fit that morning that I had to take them. Shots are like my kryptonite. I hate needles and shots make my arms hurt afterwards. So my mom told me to take an anti-anxiety pill. So I took one. It's supposed to make you a little loopy. And oh boy did it take affect. First, I got tired and denied that the pill didn't work. Then I would laugh uncontrollably at nothing. I would say this pill didn't work and I was fine and then I would laugh. And I mean DIE laughing. It was so weird. Then I went to brush my teeth with my mom, and I just leaned against the wall and said I was going to pass out and then I sat on the floor. Then my dad called. My mom said I was close to telling people I love them, and I said I will not say that to people that I do not love! I fought with my mom to talk to him. Finally she let me have the phone and I said to him, "I am nothing what they say I am! I am fine! There are no side effects, this pill didn't work!" Then my mom took my phone and I yelled at my dad through the phone, "goodbye! These are my final moments!"

Then I tried to brush my teeth and I sat on the edge of the bathtub and sang What Makes You Beautiful by One Direction because I have one of those singing toothbrushes.

When we were driving to get my shots, I thought I saw Macklemore. (the guy wasn't, but he did look like him) So I yelled at my car window, "Hey Macklemore!" Then I burst into a giggle fit. Then we got downtown to where I was getting my shots and I was giggling as I went in and told the nurses I took an anti-anxiety pill. Then I got tense for my shots and sort of freaked out a little, but I lived. Then the nurses (who are my mom's friends) started talking to my mom about how this blue painting with just a white line down the middle sold for $43 million dollars. I said that I could make two of those paintings right then and make $86 million dollars. Then I said that painting looked like the flag of Sweden, and I said I would rather paint the British flag. They laughed at how I could still do math after this pill and then I said I should just take the ACTs now.

As we were leaving, I saw some senior citizens getting out of a bus going into a movie theater. I asked my mom what movie they were seeing, and she said they were seeing The Odd Life of Timothy Green (she asked or something like that) And I started crying because I said the movie this weekend is Star Trek Into Darkness! They shouldn't have to see Timothy Green when Star Trek is here! And then I cried about it for five minutes.

Then we went to Cenex to get some food. And I love the sandwiches they make. So I whispered to my mom as she was ordering, "I don't want to be creepy, but can you tell lady making them that I love the sandwiches?" She laughed and was like no, I can't just tell her that! And then I said if you don't she might spit in your food one day and if you do tell her then she'll never ever spit in your food. My sister then showed me this candy called Nips, which I then laughed at for 5 minutes.

We then went to see my dad and I had started crying about the senior citizens again. He just laughed at me. The pill then wore off about 4 hours after I had first taken it.

Moral of this story: Don't do drugs kids :)

Gadgets

Well, nothing new has really happened lately. I've just been working, and watching episodes of Lost on Netflix. That show is really good. You all should watch it.

Anyways, I'm trying to make my blog more exciting with gadgets. I'm not sure what to use. If any of viewers has a gadget on their blog that is so awesome that you think it is worth sharing, comment! I'd like some input from other bloggers.

I should have some more exciting stuff to post later. . . . . Maybe if I start on that bucket list. . . . .

Movies I Saw This Weekend Part 2

I saw a BUNCH of movies this weekend. I saw Epic, Safe Haven, and Beautiful Creatures.

WARNING: SPOILERS AHEAD
First, I saw Epic. And it was EPIC. It was such a cute movie that had my feels going like crazy. Josh Hutcherson is absolutely perfect in any role he is in. Nod was adorable. That kiss between him and MK in the end was super cute. But I totally shipped Queen Tara and Ronin! Their relationship was so lovable. And when Tara died I was just like NOOOO! And Ronin smiling when she came back for a second... so cute! You could tell that they were made for each other. Go see it! You won't regret it!

Then Safe Haven. It's that movie based off the book by Nicholas Sparks. I wasn't really expecting much from it but it was actually awesome. That ending where Katie's friend was Alex's dead wife watching over her family made my heart ache! It was amazing! Cobie Smulders is a fantastic actress. She and her story line were my favorite part of the movie.

And finally, Beautiful Creatures. I read the book first and it was really good. I do think the book was better than the movie, but I like the movie too. Here's why:

Ethan was an adorable in a dorkish way, and I liked that. And he said some pretty funny things, which made me like him even more! And Lena was like a powerhouse caster! She erased Ethan's memory! She doesn't even do that in the book! And then in the end, when Ethan remembered everything, I was like Ahhhhhh, yay! I thought that was awesome!

Emmy Rossum as Ridley did an amazing job. I really thought she did the best performance in the movie. I liked how her eyes would change color! But I thought that book Ridley was nicer than movie Ridley.

I wasn't expecting Larkin to be so awesome! In the book, he's evil, but I liked him better nice in the movie! It was funny how at dinner he didn't even care that the table was spinning, he just kept on eating. He was pretty cool.

Here's my favorite quote from the movie: :)

I watch a lot of movies, as you can see!

Summer Bucket List

I decided to do a summer bucket list. I've tried doing them before, but I never even got close to finishing one. That is totally going to change this summer. I am going to finish this one. Here's what I plan to do over the summer:

Well obviously this is the first one.

I read about someone doing this once. It sounded really awesome.

This one represents doing all the crafts I've pinned on pinterest.

I really want to try this.

This one represents buying a bunch of new apps for my iPhone.

Cake pops are amazing. Do I need say more?

This is one I'm most doubtful I'll actually do.

First I need to own a trampoline.

This should really be a goal for everyone!

Another goal for everyone to try and accomplish :)

I always look so pasty white at the end of summer, so I really want this to happen.

I want to go here this summer :) I also want to live here!

Who wouldn't want to do this?

I think this is a cool idea! Write a bunch of letters to yourself and label when to open them! Then when the situation on the envelope comes along, you read what you wrote!

I really need to do this.

This represents two things: 1. I need to learn how to cook. 2. I want to make all my pinterest recipes.

This goes along with running everyday.

I love picnics!

Any suggestions for a song?

What do you think of my bucket list? Do you think I can do it?

Last Day of School!

Today was the last day of school for the summer for my school! I'm so happy to be done with all the pointless drama, mean girls, etc., for the summer. Just so you all know, I aced my biology final. I got a 100%! I was a Straight-A student for this quarter and the entire year! Woo!

I only was in school for an hour, and I got to show up at 10 am. We had an awards show. Everyone who was in like a school activity got a pin. I got pins for drama, speech, and stats. It was boring pretty much except for one of the retiring teacher's speech. Everyone teared up a bit at that.

Anyways, I'm now a junior!

P.S. If any of you are readers besides my mom, vote in the poll on the right side of the blog below the blog archive. I want to know how many people are reading! Thanks :)

Finals.....

I took my Biology final today..... and it was the dumbest test I have ever taken, honestly. I only had to take that one final because our school has a policy if you have an A or B then you only have to take one required test, and for sophomores that is the Biology test. Well, I had to take an art final, but our teacher made it required, and all we had to do was clean the art room.

Anyways, the biology final was 6 six questions, but you only had to do 5 questions. All of them were essay, of course. If they were multiple choice, that would have made my life. But they weren't. :( So all the questions were on how minks affected the world. MINKS. Like minks are affecting the world that much, really? I had no idea what the heck was going on, so I just gave bull answers. I think my whole class did the same thing.

Is it just my school that has dumb finals or does every school have that one dumb final?

No Hope for the Human Race

I'm making this post as a rant about the world. Honestly, after all the hate and sad news stories I've seen today, I just want everyone to stop. Stop to think about what they are doing. Stop to think about who they are hurting. I totally understand when people say, "No Hope for the Human Race." And there isn't. Unless we stop the hate. It's horrible, and it makes me sick.

I saw a story today about how a gay teen was pressed charges on for being in a relationship with someone she loved. Honestly, this is the stupidest thing. I think gay people should be treated equal. It's not like they're that different from anyone else. Why shouldn't they get married? Why are they bullied for being the way God intended? Because people are idiots. You see it everyday, and it gets on my nerves extremely. Some people just need a reality check and need to look at themselves in the mirror.

Next, I see stories of how people died in car crashes and that tornado in Oklahoma. Then I see people making jokes. Are just that stupid or are you stupid? Really. How can you make jokes about something so serious? Same with the Boston Marathon. It's very disrespectful and makes you a jerk. My heart goes out to all those affected by those disasters. <3

Then I see that Arias trial thingy still making headlines. She murdered someone, and wants the death penalty. Just do something so I don't have to hear about it anymore when there are more important news stories.

And what really sent me over the edge was the booing at Justin Bieber. I am a big Bieber fan, and when I saw the video where he was booed, I was beyond DISGUSTED at the world. I wonder how God can even stand the human race. I feel so bad for Justin. He's a great artist, and people just make fun of him because their lives suck. Leave him alone. He deserved that award. Imagine if you were in his shoes, accepting this award then being booed on national television. I apologize to you Justin, for the idiotic haters you have to deal with everyday. No one deserves that. I'm pretty sure anyone who has made fun of Justin would cry if they received some of the comments he gets everyday.

Please, can everyone just get along? I'm sick and tired of people bullying others, and teen suicide, hate everywhere. People are so inconsiderate. It makes me want to cry. I'm not saying I'm just this pure, nice person all the time, but I would NEVER, EVER say comments to someone to intentionally hurt their feelings. The only reason I would ever do that is so that person would stop their bullying ways.

I hope someone sees this and changes their ways, and we can make this world a better, happier place.

And if you don't agree with my opinions, get off my blog :)

Don't hate. Spread the love!

Annoying Girl in my class!

Girls I have to say are the most backstabbing, annoying, and mean female species. No joke.

So this weekend, I went to this schools competing thingy where we took tests about nature. Me, and four other girls went, and four of us are sophomores. And there's this one girl from my class that is like quiet and when she does talk it's always about like schoolwork. This weekend she was totally rude! I was about ready to slap her and say get a hold of yourself! I was arguing with this girl over something stupid, and the annoying girl was listening to music and said you are ruining my songs! She continued by saying not the other girl, only you! I was angry and like screw you! Then she was horrible to our guest advisor, ignoring her, and talking rude to her! This girl was just a MONSTER! She must be on her period.

Then today when we were back in school, I didn't talk to her much, but she was giving our teachers sass! I was like. Girl, remind me to write down on the calendar when your monthly friend so I can know to avoid you and your mean ways!

Don't get me wrong, I love being a girl and all, but sometimes boys are better friends.

Teenage Boys are Douche Bags (at least in my school)

So I've decided this is a little rant post. And now, I'm not saying every teenage boy is a douche, I'm just saying the ones in my school are. I live in a small town. Everyone knows everyone. A lot of the times, you know too much about someone. Others boys from other towns, celebrity men (I'm looking at you, men cast in the Avengers), celebrity boy teenagers (I'm looking at you, male boys in the Hunger Games) those boys I like. When you know so much about people in your town, and you see them everyday, and their greatest amusement is pickups, you can see my dilemma.

It also is one of my greastest pet peeves when the boys make fun of the girls. ALL. THE. TIME. They bring us down, and such. One day I hope someone puts them in their place. Now the teachers, they take our side, and the boys ALWAYS get in trouble, and it's actually really hilarious to see karma in work. Today, I swear, I was fuming, because the boys just keep teasing us all! Some people say, oh, that's their way of flirting. I'm sure. *insert sarcastic voice* Others (the boys) say we take the comments way to seriously. Yeah right, how would you like to be called Cheez it every day? (Not me, some girl in my class gets called that for her tan) Or when the boys swear at us. Yeah, cause cussing always helps. *rolls eyes* And then they laugh their annoying laughs and go about their day, with us girls ready to punch a wall. Ugh, this is why I am never going to be with a boy from my town. And the worst part is they think they do nothing wrong! One day I will scream at them! (Sometimes I do, well not scream, but you know, argue with them)

I hope not all boys are like this!

Drama Play Performance

Well, I'm in the school play, and today we had our community performance. The play is called Wild Pink. It went really well. I love performing. I want to do it for the rest of my life, whether it be Broadway, movies, or anything like that. I think I could do it. I'm a good actress. I know, everyone says that, but I still think I could do it.

Anyways, that was our second performance, and our last performance is the for the high school on Tuesday. It's my least favorite performance :P cause I have to perform for the school. Community is my favorite, because the people choose to be there, and they enjoy it a lot more. High schoolers just sit in their seats unimpressed, or maybe they're stoned, or maybe both. We have a really good cast and I hope they like it!

Note to readers: Try drama, it's really awesome, and you meet some amazing people!

Movies I Saw This Weekend

So I saw Iron Man 3 today.... Which was absolutely amazing! Go see it! I saw the 2D version, but honestly, I don't think that the 3D really makes a difference. That was like the only Marvel movie besides the Avengers that I've seen in theaters. I won't give any spoilers, cause I always hate when people do that to me!

There were also the trailers before the movie started that were amazing! Thor: The Dark World looks like it's going to be a great movie! And can't ignore Loki's humor! There was also the Catching Fire trailer, which made me fangirl in the theater, not that I didn't fangirl during Iron Man 3. I love Josh Hutcherson, he's such a great actor and he's adorable :) I had already seen both trailers before, but it's awesome to see them on the big screen!

Yesterday I saw Jurassic Park 3D! That movie is so freaking scary on the big screen. I was like just so crouched in my seat, and I had to cover my mouth in case a scream would come out! I was a scaredy cat. I hadn't seen the movie in a long time, and I remembered some parts, but I also remembering skipping some parts. And the parts I skipped scared the crap out of me! Still, go see it!

You can really tell I love going to movie theaters :)

Procrastinating...

Well right now I'm supposed to be studying for a Spanish test I have tomorrow. But as you can see that's obviously not what I'm doing. I'm procrastinating. Pretty sure a lot of my classmates do that when we have homework. No surprise there though. I'm actually pretty good at studying, not to toot my own horn or anything :) I really don't want to study. It's not helping that I'm sick.. Everyone in my whole school has a cold. We're just spreading disease. Soon we'll have to be quarantined ;) I better get studying before it gets too late, it's a school night you know!
Have a good night :)

Welcome! :)

Hi! Welcome to this blog! As you can see from the title, these posts are musings from a teenage girl! This blog is devoted to the happenings in the life of a teenager! (me, I hope that's obvious to you) As you can also tell, this blog isn't much right now, but it will be! I've had a blog before, but I hope I'll be able to stick with this and give you daily to weekly updates! This is also my first post, so I want to tell you what I'm going to do with this blog :)

Ok, this is how this blog is going to work:
  • I'm anonymous. I am not going to reveal my name, my school, where I live, or anything like that. Any personal names will probably be changed. Maybe one day I'll reveal who I am, but probably not.
  • I'll take suggestions about what I should talk about but don't be mean :) That sounds lame I know, but gotta keep this blog clean! And I know I will be complaining about people and teenager stuff, but that's to be expected with a blog about the thoughts of a teenage girl!
  • Most posts will be about my teenage life! (That should have been obvious!)
Some of this could change, but probably not, like I said though, I'm open to suggestions!
Enjoy the Musings of a Teenage Girl!
